Who taught you to think?

Have you ever wondered, who taught you how to think? Do you challenge the facts? Do you have independent thought? Can you logically think about both sides of an issue without emotional bias?

Do you think through all the possible pros and cons before making big decisions? Do you take a pause, a deep breath to minimise the fear and worry which can cripple and freeze free thinking. Do you rush making decisions in an impetuous frenzy?

Clear thinking is critical. Our emotional health and well-being is paramount as it can interfere with rational thought. No matter how cerebral, and head strong we think we are, no matter how factual we are; powerful emotions can take over and drive us to making silly and foolish decisions.

One of the most important attributes you can have to achieve a strong mindset is to deliberately pursue joy. Do you have joy in your life? Do you need more joy in your life? The combination cocktail of Joy, laughter and humour, makes a powerful antidote to protect you from a life of fear, worry and anxiety.

The greatest antidote to counteract fear is faith and faith is an amazing force,  “….. it is confidence in what we hope for, and assurance about what we do not see.”

Faith keeps seeing the light no matter how great the darkness
