Growing up, I struggled with knowing who I really was. It was mostly a negative narrative in my head and in most situations I was bluffing underneath. I appeared confident on the outside but that was just show.
I felt like I was either not enough for the boys, and I definitely wasn’t girly enough for the girls. In fact, I knew, ‘girly’ was NOT me.
Everything changed, when I got the revelation I was created in the image of God, and that He made me for a purpose He’d assigned for me. It made sense to me and I was comfortable with that as my reality. It’s been a strong constant throughout my entire life. Like a solid foundation. Think about it.
Not everyone will agree with you, understand you, or give you their approval. That\’s definitely been part of my story. Some might even try to quench your gifts, talents and your ‘get up and go’. They want to snuff out your amazing potential. But as you receive confirmation of your identity and purpose, you’ll have the confidence to get on with it.
You are always enough! In fact we can become Unbreakable, Unshakable and Unstoppable.
